Yes, fines are charged for overdue materials to encourage their prompt return and availability to others. All due dates for textbooks, chromebooks, and calculators are currently set to the end of the semester, and late fees will not be charged until then. Books and other general materials have a 3 week loan, and fines will apply at that point. Remember that you can also renew these materials as long as there are no holds on them.
